Who you're dealing with
Poppy Maree Boutique is operated by Alder Row LLC, a California limited liability company. Wherever these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Alder Row LLC.
Prices, payment and cancelled orders
Prices are in AUD. Payment is handled securely at checkout. Your full card number is never visible to us, and we never store it.
If we can't fulfil an order, we may cancel it and give you a full refund. If that happens, we'll tell you promptly.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy covers delivery times and our Return and Refund Policy covers returns. Both policies form part of these terms.
Limit on our liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim that arises from an order is capped at what you paid for that order.
The Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These terms don't exclude, restrict or modify those rights.
Which law applies
The laws of the State of California govern these terms. Before you start any formal dispute, email support@poppymareeboutique.com first. We sort out nearly everything directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
