Refund policy
Sometimes a pair just isn't the one. It happens. Here's how sending it back works.

The Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our 30-day returns policy sits on top of those rights, and nothing in it limits them.
How it should come back
A change-of-mind return needs to come back unused, in its original packaging.
Return postage
You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is free.
How to send it back
Email support@poppymareeboutique.com first, with your order number. That way we know which order the parcel belongs to when it lands. Then post it here:

Your refund
Once your return reaches us, the money goes back to the payment method you used within 5–10 business days.

Sorry about that. Send a photo and your order number to support@poppymareeboutique.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll put it right.
