Getting your parcel
How long will my order take?
Packing and dispatch take 2–4 business days. The parcel then spends 7–12 business days in transit, so allow 9–16 business days all up. Every parcel leaves from our supplier's warehouse in China, and your tracking number lands in your inbox the moment it's on its way. A style with a “ships in 3–6 business days” note takes 10–18 business days all up.
Where do you deliver?
To all of Australia, and delivery is free.
Can I track it?
Yes. A tracking number comes by email as soon as your parcel ships, and our tracking page shows where it's up to whenever you check.
Sending a pair back
How long do I have?
30 days, counted from the day it's delivered. A change-of-mind return needs to come back unused, in its original packaging.
Who pays to post it back?
You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is free.
How soon is my refund?
Once your return reaches us, the money goes back to the payment method you used within 5–10 business days.

With any payment method shown at checkout. Everything is charged in AUD.
When does my card get charged?
As soon as you place your order, rather than when it's dispatched.
Need to change or cancel an order?
